In a week filled with transactions galore and a waiting game regarding goaltending situation, the Roadrunners ended a seven-day stretch on a high, revealing a tremendous story en route to another week atop the American Hockey League standings.

Wrapping up their longest home stand of the season, the Roadrunners put a cap on their seven-game stint at Tucson Arena with five out of six possible points earned this week.

The Roadrunners historic run of eight straight wins both overall and home ice came to a close following the holiday break, yet there were still positives aplenty for the club over the past seven days.

After a near two-week road trip to Iowa and Texas that consisted of a flawless four-game run, the Roadrunners returned home to Tucson Arena this weekend and earned the same result twice over the Ontario Reign.

The team’s first-ever six-game winning streak came to fruition following a grueling stretch three victories against three different opponents in three different cities in five days. Now 21-5, the team’s win percentage (.808) is the best in the league, the Pacific Division lead continues to grow and the good times keep rolling.

The Roadrunners wrapped up the November portion of their schedule in California this past week with a Thanksgiving Eve matchup against the Bakersfield Condors and the first I-8 Border Rivalry meeting of the season against the San Diego Gulls.

A 3-0 week for the Tucson Roadrunners started with an 8-2 win in San Jose Wednesday.
Roadrunners Announce Kachina Jersey Raffle Cards
TUCSON, Ariz. – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, announced today the launch of a season-long raffle that will take place in 24 remaining home games, beginning Saturday, November 23rd, to determine winners of the team’s game-worn Kachina jerseys.
