TUCSON, AZ – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, announced today that the team has recalled defenseman Dysin Mayo and forward Mark Cooper from the Rapid City Rush of the ECHL.
Mayo, 20, has appeared in three games with the Roadrunners this year notching one assist. He has also played one game for Rapid City. The 24-year-old Cooper has appeared in 14 games for Rapid City this season, scoring one goal and five assists for six points and a plus-one rating. He has yet to appear in a game with Tucson, but played two AHL games last season for the Chicago Wolves without registering a point.
Tucson kicks off a three-game California road swing in San Diego tonight against the Gulls at 8 pm Mountain Time. The Roadrunners pregame show starts 15 minutes before puck drop on flagship station 1450 KTZR.
