NOTES

Pregame:

- Marek Langhamer leads the team onto the ice. Langhamer will make his third start of the season; he comes into the night with a 2-0-0 record with a .941 SV% and a 2.44 GAA.

- Tonight's healthy scratches are Brandon Burlon, Dysin Mayo, and Adin Hill. Burlon will not dress after playing in each of the Roadrunners' first 14 games. Henrik Samuelsson is unavailable.

- Jack Campbell is opposite Langhamer's crease and in net for Ontario. Tucson faced Anders Lindback in both games played in early November, he was released from his PTO shortly thereafter.

- Mark Cooper is making his Roadrunners debut, and playing in his third-career American Hockey League game. Cooper will play on the right side of Matia Marcantuoni and Stefan Fournier on Mark Lamb's fourth line.

First Period:

- Langhamer with a couple of very impressive stops in the opening minutes, including a point-blank opportunity by Adrian Kempe.

- Brett Sutter stuffs home a puck that was lying underneath Langhamer's pads before a whistle was blown to give the Reign a 1-0 lead.

- Eric Selleck finds open space in Ontario's zone as Mark Olver digs a puck out from deep behind the Reign net. Selleck one-times Olver's feed past Campbell for his third goal of the season.

Second Period:

- Not a whole lot goin' here in the early stages of the second.

- Christian Fischer gets a Grade-A shorthanded scoring opportunity, gets stopped by Jack Campbell's left shoulder on a breakaway bid.

- Roadrunners can't capitalize on a 5-on-3 power play.

- Conor Garland gets turned away on a great wraparound scoring opportunity. Paul LaDue's stick saves Jack Campbell.

Third Period:

- T.J. Hensick jams a puck past Langhamer to give the Reign a 3-1 lead. Goal was initially under review, but deemed good.

- Ontario has outshot Tucson 7-0 through the first five minutes of the third period.
