Roadrunners Announce Additions And Promotions In Ticketing Department

TUCSON, AZ – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes, shared several changes to the team’s ticketing department on Monday.
President Bob Hoffman announced that the club has hired Adam Banko as the team’s new Director of Ticket Sales. Previously the Vice President / Ticket Sales of the Utica Comets, the club’s latest addition will oversee the entire ticketing operation and work directly with the managers of each department of sales.
Of those on Banko’s staff receiving promotions, Julie Edwards has been named Manager of Ticket Sales / Service. The University of Arizona graduate will lead the charge in providing outstanding service to Roadrunners Season Ticket Members and be responsible for generating ticket package sales.
Tyler Kern has been promoted as well, now operating in the position of Manager of Group Sales / Youth Hockey. A native of Columbus, OH, Kern will be responsible for working with local roller and youth hockey groups, on top of orchestrating client and school events.
Another promotion was awarded to Sierra Vista native Holly Trevino. For the 2017-18 season, Holly’s new focus will be working on larger theme nights, events and promotions involving the Tucson community.
Coming aboard the Roadrunners Ticketing Department in the role of Account Executive, Ticket Sales is Kelsen Adeni. Also joining as new hires are Dalal Kaddoura, Natasha Ivanov and Zack Erlick in the position of Ticket Sales Representatives.

Adam brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our crew and we are very excited to see the positive direction he takes us. Our primary focus is providing great customer service and all on staff have the qualities to meet and exceed all of our expectations.”
