Job Summary
The Tucson Roadrunners are looking for an intern/camera operator to assist the Director of Hockey Operations and Video Coach during the 2024-2025 season. This position will record the game overlooking center ice.
General Duties
- Set up camera and video feed to record game in its entirety on game day stating with warm-ups through the end of the game.
- Other tasks will be assigned that require attention to detail and knowledge of hockey.

- Shooting video of practice and games
- Fulfilling other operations responsibilities for the organization
- Related duties as assigned
- Track player time on ice.
- Tracking analytics
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- The chosen candidate will have ability to follow and shoot the game in a wide shot for easy video analysis by coaches.
- College Student with an applicable major is preferred.
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to attend specifically scheduled home games as well as any pre-game meetings (includes nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs, and on the ice surface.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in hockey and understanding of game.

- Ability to work during office hours, extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Game day/night attendance at home games (36+) is required.
- Internship hours will range from 15 to 29.5 hours-per-week.
- Must be available from October-June.
