Assets: Total value of $3,000.

Non-profit must be 501c(3) certified to be eligible.
Minimum of ten volunteers provided by the non-profit to work selected game.
Deposit due upon signed 50/50 agreement (minimum of two month in advance of selected game).
Deposit applied toward ticket sales. Deposit amounts: Gold – $300, Silver – $200, Bronze – $100.
All tickets must be paid for no later than one month in advance of selected game.
If non-profit does not provide ten volunteers to work selected game, organization forfeits 50/50 proceeds.
Non-profit limited to one game per season.
Game selection is first come, first serve upon receipt of deposit.
Tucson Roadrunners will determine which games are Gold, Silver and Bronze.
