What is It: The Season Ticket Member Advisory Board will be a 10-person collection of current STMs who will advise and assist the Roadrunners organization on Membership Service protocols and procedures and ways the Roadrunners can provide top-of-line value for the Roadrunners Members and fans at large. The primary function of the STMAB is to creatively and constructively offer feedback and ideas in order to strengthen the Membership Program and reinforce the communication and relationship between Fan and Team.
Expectations:
- Serve One Year Terms (ability to request a second term – max two term limit)
- Ability to meet (in person and via zoom) once a month on TBD date and time (exception of June and July – no meetings)
- Must be able to commit to attending a minimum of 7 of the 10 annual meetings
- Agenda items for consideration may be submitted no later than one week prior to meeting date
Eligibility: Must be a Renewed STM (1 or 2 year) and must remain in good standing during term (account up to date).
Application Process: Must complete Formstack requesting to be considered. Applications will be accepted beginning January 15-31 with the selected Board members being notified of their appointment by February 10. The first meeting will be on Tuesday, February 18 at the Roadrunners corporate offices (44 E. Broadway Suite 350).
