MAKSYMILIAN SZUBER RECALLED BY UTAH HOCKEY CLUB

The Utah Hockey Club announced Saturday that defenseman Makysmilian Szuber has been recalled to the Utah Hockey Club for the second NHL call-up of his career. Szuber becomes the fourth Roadrunners player to be recalled to Utah this season and the third defenseman after Maveric Lamoureux and Patrik Koch were sent up in October.

GAME #18 PREVIEW: TUCSON ROADRUNNERS VS SAN DIEGO GULLS

The Tucson Roadrunners open a three-game road trip with a Saturday night showdown against the San Diego Gulls at 7 p.m. MST at Pechanga Arena in San Diego. Tucson closed its four-game homestand with a 4-3 overtime victory over the Coachella Valley Firebirds on Wednesday after Andrew Agozzino tallied the game-winner with 1:23 left in OT. The Roadrunners have won four of its last five games and have climbed to sixth place in the Pacific Division standings with 18 points.

Game #17: Tucson Roadrunners (4) vs Coachella Valley Firebirds (3)

Tucson Roadrunners forward Andrew Agozzino scored 3:37 into overtime to complete the Roadrunners' dramatic 4-3 victory over the Coachella Valley Firebirds (10-6-0-1) on Wednesday at Tucson Arena. After a tough loss the previous night, Tucson's captains stepped up and scored all four of the team's goals. Captain Austin Poganski put Tucson (9-8-0-0) on the board in the first period. Defenseman Kevin Connauton scored his second goal of the year in the middle frame. Forward Ben McCartney tallied his second short-handed goal in four games. Goaltender Dylan Wells started his first game of the season for the Roadrunners and made 24 saves to collect his first AHL victory since April 17, 2024, versus Coachella Valley.

MILOS KELEMEN AND PATRIK KOCH LOANED TO CZECHIA EXTRALIGA

The Utah Hockey Club announced Tuesday that forward Milos Kelemen and defenseman have been reassigned from the Tucson Roadrunners to Czechia Extraliga, the top professional league in the Czech Republic. Kelemen was loaned to HC Dynamo Pardubice and Koch was loaned to HC Oceláři Třinec.

GAME #17 PREVIEW: TUCSON ROADRUNNERS VS COACHELLA VALLEY FIREBIRDS

The Tucson Roadrunners take on the Coachella Valley Firebirds on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. MST and look to split the series and end its four-game homestand on a winning note. Tucson is 2-1 on the homestand after Tuesday's 8-2 loss to Coachella Valley. In game one, the Firebirds rattled off eight unanswered goals and handed the Roadrunners its largest margin of defeat of the season. The route snapped Tucson's three-game winning streak and extended Coachella Valley's eight-game point streak.

The Tucson Roadrunners (8-8-0-0) allowed six unanswered goals and fell 8-2 to the Coachella Valley Firebirds (10-5-0-1) on Tuesday at Tucson Arena. Forwards Cameron Hebig and Andrew Agozzino gave the Roadrunners an early 2-0 lead, but Coachella responded with three goals in the first, two in the second and three in the third.

The Tucson Roadrunners have a season-high three-game winning streak following its sweep of the West-leading Calgary Wranglers over the weekend. Now, the Roadrunners welcome one of the hottest teams in the AHL, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, winners of six of its last seven games. The surging Pacific Division contenders will play at 6:30 p.m. MST on Tuesday and Wednesday at Tucson Arena.

Game #15: Tucson Roadrunners (6) vs Calgary Wranglers (2)

The Tucson Roadrunners (8-7-0-0) scored five unanswered goals to take down the Calgary Wranglers (13-5-1-0) by a score of 6-2 on Saturday at Tucson Arena. With the victory, Tucson completed its second sweep of the season and is riding a season-high three-game winning streak.

GAME #15: TUCSON ROADRUNNERS VS CALGARY WRANGLERS

The Tucson Roadrunners look to complete the sweep and tally its third consecutive win in Saturday's matchup against the Calgary Wranglers at Tucson Arena. Forwards Josh Doan and Andrew Agozzino led the Roadrunners offensively with two points from a goal and an assist each.

GAME #14: TUCSON ROADRUNNERS VS CALGARY WRANGLERS

The Tucson Roadrunners look to end its season-high three-game losing streak against the Henderson Silver Knights on Saturday at Lee's Family Forum. Tucson fell 6-2 in Friday's matchup versus the Silver Knights and trailed 3-0 entering the third period. Forward Ben McCartney scored early in the third period to keep the Roadrunners in the game, but Henderson pulled away late in the game after a pair of empty-net goals.
