Exchange Program

SELL:

Through your account manager you can post tickets for sale on Ticketmaster for anyone to purchase.

• “My Tickets” tab in account manager
• “View Event Details” of the game you would like to sell
• Select “Sell”
• And follow the prompts!

TRANSFER:

Send your ticket to someone you know!

• “My Tickets” tab in account manager
• “View Event Details” of the game you would like to transfer
• Select the seat(s) you would like to send
• And follow the prompts of inputting the recipient’s information!
• To complete the transaction, the recipient must accept the request

EXCHANGE:

Exchange tickets to a game you cannot make for tickets to one you can!

• “My Tickets” tab in account manager
• “View Event Details” of the game you would like to exchange
• Select “Exchange”
• Select “More”
• Select the tickets you would like to exchange
• Follow the prompts to find your tickets to another game

CASH-IN:

You can now cash in your ticket for a dollar value credit on your account to use later!

• “My Tickets” tab in account manager
• “View Event Details” of the game you would like to transfer
• Select “Return”
• Select “More”
• Select which games you would like to return
• Next time you go to purchase additional tickets, the amount you returned will be visible and you will be able to use that when you check out
• You can always check this amount in the “Account Activity” Tab

Changes to tickets must be made 24 hours prior to the event!
