STM Advisory Board

Since its establishment in February 2025, the Tucson Roadrunners front office has been meeting monthly with the Season Ticket Member Advisory Board (STMAB). This initiative was created to establish a consistent, two-way channel of communication between our most loyal fans and the organization.

The STMAB is comprised of ten dedicated members, five women and five men, whose tenure as Season Ticket Members ranges from one season to being with us since the very beginning. This intentional diversity allows us to gather a broad range of perspectives and feedback, helping ensure that the voices of our entire fanbase are represented.

Our goal is simple: to listen, learn, and take meaningful action based on the feedback shared by our STMAB. So far, this board has done an incredible job serving as the voice of the fans, and it has been a valuable experience for our front office as we strive to enhance the fan experience both in and out of the arena.

Our topics of discussion have included:

• Allowing leaders of different departments to discuss their roles and responsibilities
• Voicing opinions of those who they have spoken to at Roadrunners games/events
• Revamping STM and Dusty’s Force benefits
• Off-season STM gatherings (D-Backs Game & FC Tucson Game)
• The creation of our new School Fundraising Program
• Resolving ticketing issues
• Collaborating with local businesses and organizations
• And so much more!
