STM FAQs

What does “unlimited” ticket swaps mean? If we move tickets to another game, then life happens, can we move those same exact tickets again?

• You can move the same tickets as many times as you need!

Who do I go to/where do I go if I have a question at a game?

• Visit our Sales & Service table at the top of Section 215 or visit our Information Table at the top of Section 211!

How do I renew my season tickets?

• We will have a renewal period starting at the end of fall, where you can discuss with your rep your options on staying with the Roadrunners

How do I use/redeem my discounts on merch or food?

• Your STM merch discount info is shared privately through Nayan, reach out to her if you would like your merch code!

• To get TCC concession discounts, display your digital STM card at the register

Can I change my seat? How far in advance do I have to make this change?

• Changes cannot be made less than 24 hours prior to puck drop

Can I bring guests using my season tickets?

• All season tickets come with 3 complimentary vouchers per seat that can be sent to guests!
