Roadrunners Unveil 2025-26 Theme Night Schedule

Returning favorites and new additions highlight 10^th Anniversary season

Tucson – The Tucson Roadrunners, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Utah Mammoth, unveiled their 2025-26 theme night calendar today, featuring an exciting collection of fan-focused themes and promotions that provide something for everyone!

The Roadrunners will open their home schedule and 10th Anniversary season in Tucson on Saturday, Oct. 18 against the Calgary Wranglers, highlighted by a pre-game tailgate party with music, food, drinks and red-carpet player entrances before doors open at Tucson Arena.  This annual tradition has become a staple for Roadrunners fans!

Returning fan-favorite theme nights include the Teddy Bear Toss game (Dec. 13), Wizards and Witches Night (Jan. 10), U of A/College Night ( Jan. 17), Country Night (Jan. 30), Star Wars Night (Jan. 31), Youth Sports Night (Feb. 21) and the Roadrunners’ spin on St. Patrick’s Day with a St. Patty’s Day Pregame Celebration in the TCC Plaza (Mar. 15).

Other annual community-driven themes return, presented in partnership with organizations supporting specific groups, include Military Appreciation Night (Nov. 8), Hockey Fights Cancer Night (Nov. 23) and a celebration honoring all of Southern Arizona’s First Responders (Mar. 14).

New additions to this year’s schedule to mark on your calendars include Barbie Night (Nov. 22), Glow Night (Nov. 29), Peanuts Night (Dec. 27), Mardi Gras Night (Jan. 16) and Grateful Dead Night (Mar. 28).

The Roadrunners will also debut Winning Wednesdays this season, giving fans in attendance the chance to earn a FREE ticket to the next Wednesday home game if Tucson wins that night. Wednesday games are set for Oct. 29, Nov. 26, Dec. 31, Jan. 21 and Mar. 11. Every time the Roadrunners win at home on Wednesday, each fan in attendance will receive a free ticket to the next Wednesday home game!
